Path of Exiles is a top down fantasy, hack and slash, action rpg and free to play game where you select one of few different type of exiles and fight to survive on an unknown island.

There is extensive lore to the game, variety of player class and enemy classes and large maps. They healing and stamina system is well put together with regen bottles refilling with a kill, the voice acting in the game is ok with nothing special about it what so ever.

The story and lore seems jumbled, maps are quite large and easy to get lost in the tutorial ends quite quickly without running new players though the game, not to be blamed for its players but the chat quickly turns sexist and racist at times. And finally the game becomes rather repetitive after five levels and loot drops are pointless as they are always dropping loot to high level for the player.

Overall the whole idea of the game seems good with extensive lore and skill trees as well as player and enemy classes and game systems. However maps are easy to get lost in with a jumbled story and lore and bad tutorial this is not helped with terrible loot drops and rude players. But with this all said the game is a good game to kill few hours and relax with, and with that the game earns itself a solid
